"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Beautiful rooms, great beds. Pools were lovely with nice seating areas. Loved the interior design of the entire hotel, beautiful views, all very clean. The upstairs restaurant had good food.
