“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Short walk to Music City Center and Broadway Street.”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The apartment was fantastic. We booked a 2 bedroom one and there was an en suite bathroom for each bedroom and a dining table plus breakfast bar and seating in each for 4! Dishwasher and loads of plates and glasses etc. any problems or queries were dealt with very quickly on the app. Check in was easy via the app too. Lots of cafes in the street below. Walmart about 15 min drive away. Balcony was nice to sit in the morning and waltch the world go by. We were there for a Nashville family break...
