"Terrible experience. The room stank of smoke, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the heater had a burnt odor when turned on. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the guests' comfort. Definitely not worth the money"

"I called several days in advance asking if we could check in early. They couldn’t promise anything but did put in the request. The day of check-in we stopped by the see if a room was available. We were told the manager had a personal emergency at home and asked if we could come back later. No problem, we went across the street and ate lunch. When we returned, we walked into the lobby and could hear an argument going on down the hall. We thought it was a guest but it was actually the manager yelling at some employees. She walked into the lobby and asked if we needed help. I said we wanted to see if we could check in early. She said “well, good luck with that.” I looked her and asked if she could be any ruder! She changed her tune after that but still was not pleasant or helpful. Finally after about 30 minutes she said she found 2 rooms for us. I honestly don’t know how she still has a job there with her attitude and lack of compassion. You are in a business where customer service is key and that is how you treat people! Anyway, the rooms were decent. The hotel is a little older so there were places where the paint was chipped and had some smudges, which is to be expected. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food but that did not make up for the experience we encountered with the manager. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not waste your money!!"
