“We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. “The property was way more than I expected. All staff was really friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff my cleaning people great. How they interact with each individual was really impressive to me. They have a wine and cheese hour a cookie and milk hour and also their breakfast buffet was outstanding. Truly I don’t have anything bad to say about it”

“We were disappointed for a $500+ per night hotel. Mold in the shower, poop from the previous guest on the toilet. No turn down service that was advertised. Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel.”
