“It was hard to find the staff at the front desk for assistance about the room after checked in. My family booked 3 rooms in 2 nights for my son’s graduation at Cal Polytechnic, even the prices extremely high. But the fridges not working at all.”

“We stayed in the old portion of this 1917 hotel. It is very unique and has a lot of history. The wood decor was beautiful throughout the hotel and although we didn't eat at the restaurant or bar, they looked very nice. The hallways to the rooms need some paint. As for the rooms, there were stars names on the doors where they had previously stayed. We had the executive suite (Gloria Swanson room) which was quiet and roomy and had a jacuzzi tub.
