Great stay but missed my expectations

Beautiful place with nice thermal pool. The food was mediocre and I expected better because of the price and name brand of hotel. The MAJOR disappointment was that the World Cup was not available on any TV. Again, for the price, I expected to have access to the matches

Ruhiges Hotel und hervorragendes Thermalwasser

Super Thermalwasser, sehr freundliches Personal - spezielles Dankeschön an Frau Özlem - die hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Art sowie Ihr Lächeln wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir hatten mehrere Massagebehandlungen die ausgezeichnet waren. Ein ruhiger Ort, die Anlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das freundliche Personal macht das wett. Im Zimmer ein Thermalwasser-Anschluss für das Bad war noch ein extra Plus. Was das Essen betrifft, können wir die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison und hatten sogar Tischservice mit Suppe, Vorspeisen (Meze's), eine Wahl aus Fisch- oder Fleisch-Hauptgang, Dessert und Früchte. Also das Essen war wirklich gut. Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, insbesondere das Hafer-Brot. Nach unserem Geschmack dürfte die Therme ruhig für Hotelgäste länger offen sein. Ein super Thermen-Hotel. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Temizlik personel ilgisi karşılama termal ve spanın kalitesi çok güzel. Ancak mutfak konusu büyük sıkıntı. Yarım pansiyon olarak gittiğimiz bir 5 yıldızlı otelde bu kadar vasat bir mutfak olamaz. Diğer müşterilerden de çok tepki aldılar düzeltmezlerse daha çok problem yaşarlar. Malzemeler çok kalitesiz pişirimler kötü ürünlerin çoğu bayat ve ısıtılıp tekrar getiriliyor. kısa bir tatil molası

Giriş işlemleri çok hızlı tamamlandı. Odamız temiz, geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Yarım pansiyon olarak konaklama aldık fakat otelde 16.00'da çay servisi hizmeti verilmesi ile alakalı bir bilgi yoktu. Çocuklar için düzenlenmesi planlanan ama iptal edilen bir etkinliği ararken denk geldik. 2 günlük konaklamamızda ilk çay servisinde ve akşam yemeğinde misafir sayısının fazla olması nedeniyle sıkıntılar yaşandı. Ertesi gün bu sorunu tekrar gözlemedim. Yemek ve tatlı çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Tatlı ve meyve yeterliydi. Kapalı termal havuzda kullanım saatine göre yoğunluk yaşanabiliyor fakat geç saate kadar hizmet vermesi iyi. Hotelin bazı bölümleri bakımsız. Genel itibari ile 2 günlük memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama sağladık.

Otel termal otel konsepti fakat termal havuz ve normal havuzu küçük, eski bir otel oda eşyaları eski, tv eski , açık büfe var fakat çok yetersiz. Servis elemanları amatör, konumu çok iyi karşılama iyi onun dışında tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Ayrıca eğer fatura istiyorsanız ödemeyi hotels aracılığıyla yapmayın hotels fatura kesmiyor.

Ramada Kazdağları’na 7 yıldır geliyorum, yine önceki yıllardaki gibi çok çok memnun kaldım.Bu defa odamız biraz küçüktü .Onun dışında eleştirebileceğim , aksayan hiçbir durum olmadı. Karşılama çok sıcak ve samimiydi.Valizlerinize personel yardımcı oluyor .Otelin çok güzel ve bakımlı bir bahçesi var.800 yıllık zeytin ağaçları var ve çok güzel korunmuş.Zeytin ağaçlarını çok sevdiğim için sanırım bu oteli de o yüzden çok seviyorum.2 termal havuzu var. Bir tanesi sessiz havuz ve 16 yaşından küçükler giremiyor.Kesinlikle çok güzel düşünülmüş.Tüm çalışanlar çok nâzik, çok kibar, çok ilgili. Her yer tertemiz, yemekler lezzetli. Spa bölümünde çalışanlar, gerçekten durmaksızın hep çalışıyor, çok güler yüzlüler.Bu defa kalışımda Spa bölümünden çok memnun kaldım, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi.Masaj da harikaydı.Kendinizi değerli hissettiğiniz ve bulduğumuz ilk fırsatta gelmeye can atacağınız ,tertemiz havasıyla çok güzel bir otel Ramada Kazdağları.Yine çok mutlu ayrıldım,teşekkür ederim..

Otelin konumu kazdağlarına yakın güzel bir konumda. Yemekleri fena değil. Personel oldukça ilgili ve alakalı. Odalar ferah ve manzarası eşsiz. Termal havuz ve spa olanaları fazlasıyla tatmin edici. Sakin bir konaklama geçirmek isteyen özellikle ailelerin tercihi olabilir.

Verdiğimiz parayı ne yazık ki servis anlamında karşılığını alamadık. Çalışanların hiçbiri gülmüyordu. İşletmeye tavsiyemiz hizmeti verebileceğiniz kadar oda sayılı yapmanız. Yemekler maalesef yetersizdi. Servis tavak , bardaklar maalesef iyi temizlenmemişti. Odalardaki hijyenik temizlik yeterli degildi. Kaldigimiz odamizdaki dus basligi paslı olduğundan su yeterli akmıyordu.
