"The rooms were fresh and newly remodeled. The breakfast was plentiful but no hot food choices. They really need an elevator. Getting luggage upstairs was difficult. The staff was very pleasant and easy to understand."

"It was a great stay for Thunder Bay but it’s Thunder Bay you can’t expect everywhere to be a great location but they went with what they have and it was great, the room was clean the bathroom was clean, the bed looked nice, and the amenities were substantial so overall they did great"

"The ceiling was a bit of a mess, you could see they must of had water Damage, and tried to repair the ceiling , but being stucco it is very hard to match. Other wise, ok I guess. But the young man that checked us in did everything in his power to help make things the best he could, Thank you to him, I am sorry We can't remember his name, but he was from Africa , very well brought up young man."
