"Perfect location! Great views from room"

"I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed multiple times. It’s in an awesome area of the city, close enough to everything but not in the center of the chaos. However, this last experience, we were placed next to the housekeeping service elevator and we did not sleep the entire night. We could hear every time the doors opened, closed and whenever the elevator moved. I ended up asking for a room change and it was much better but truthfully the room we were in should not be an option for guests. It was really really loud through the entire night. "

"1st time visit to NYC with the family. The room was quite spacious, the staff was very friendly and polite, and the location in mid-town was perfect! The hotel also had an old-time classy feel. Frank Sinatra was playing in the background. Beautiful place! I can't recommend it enough."

"We booked this same day. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as it was larger than expected. The toilet was not flushing very well, called the front desk and someone came up immediately to fix it and it was fine. Appreciated double beds and the location was good. Check in and check out was really easy but when we left the lobby was packed so its a popular location. Good value for the money and would stay here again. "
