We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Zimmer in einem sehr alten Stil mit Teppichboden wo überall Flecken waren. Das eine sah aus wie ein Riesen Blutfleck. Klo hatte Klostein, Wasserhahn am Waschbecken lief sehr wenig Wasser raus (alles verkeimt) und die Dusche sah nicht viel besser aus."
