“The cabin was nice I didn't like it it didn't have hot water that was the only communication that was not clear to me. Any little issues I had they addressed immediately. Pool was beautiful and so was the weather”

“We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“Although the check-in and key retrieval process was a little confusing, the entire rest of my stay was lovely. There was a thoughtful care package waiting for me when I arrived and all of the in-room instructions were explicit and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. ”

“The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.”
