We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. “The room was clean, but the bathroom was outdated and didn’t have grab bars, the slider doors were dated and needed new locks. Breakfast was nice with great staff. The second floor rooms were updated and nicer than first floor. Hot tub was not hot but pools and hot tub were nice and updated. Staff was great! Playground awesome. Lobby very nice. Lighting poor in rooms, outlets didn’t all work as the fridge wasn’t working in one outlet but worked in another.”
