"No amenities. Only 1 closet hanger. No water, no vending machines. Noisy back entrance near my room constantly slamming due to absence of spring restraints. Rain water pouring down onto head and bags from leaky gutters over entrance. Door frame and threshold rotting and moldy from water damage. Evidence of water leak damage in hallway ceilings. Dirty carpeting throughout corridors and stairways. Extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink and shower. Rust and mineral stains on shower heads. Ironing board fabric cover covered with stains and sticky substance (couldn't use). Property and building appears poorly maintained and structurally weak in places."
