"This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once ..."

"Charming, clean and extremely nice staff. Only thing is I dont know why they were vacuuming the halls at 10:30 at night. Ultimately no big deal but if I was sleeping I would have been unhappy."
