It was pretty quiet, not to many people staying but that was fine. I didn’t visit the pool area so I can’t speak for it but it was open and looked ok. My only complaint is the breakfast. There weren’t that many options. Most things were carbs (bread/bagels/cereal/pancakes). Juice options were great. But no eggs or meat. The bed was comfortable and the tv and amenities in the room all worked. Over all 3-4 stars. There was only one person on staff that I saw my entire stay.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay. It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared quickly, which we appreciated. Considering it was mid vacation week for the kids, the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location was also convenient and close to our favorite spots. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was okay. The shower curtain smelt a bit of Body oder and the rub had a crack in it. The staff seemed courteous enough. However the gentleman claimed at first that I did not have a reservation. When I asked them if they had any first floor rooms they almost said no so I had to explain why. They gave us a room with a king bed. However the bed took up almost the whole space making it difficult for me to navigate. We checked out the next afternoon. When the lady at the desk asked why I was checking out early I never got to answer. The gentleman shut the conversation down and told her to just check me out. This process was a bit uncomfortable and they did not even fully check me out until today. When I messaged them and asked why I was receiving a message to check out this morning before 11:00am
