“I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. “The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site.
