"The staff was respectful and helpful in my experience. The room was very clean and updated. The restaurant and bar staff were very nice. My dinner the steak was hard and dried out the remaining plate tasted good. Waitress was incredible my compliments on how she returned often to ask how things were. The baggage handler was nice and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and super close to the BOG airport. "
