“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff was super helpful and very attentive. unfortunately I was given the incorrect room and was just told that they did not have anything else available. I reserved a a deluxe single room with city view and ended up having a view of a construction crew outside my window with tons of drilling and construction noises. my room was nothing like what was pictured and it had a very uncomfortable bathtub as opposed to a shower which is what I expected based on the...

“By far the best hotel in Caracas. Better by a mile than Melia, BonVoy and EuroBuilding. Best service, nice view, top modern rooms, tv incl streaming on all TV’s. The room size is amazing!”

“This hotel is very close to the airport, and as a busy airport hotel it is very good. They missed out on the highest ratings as the room smelled a bit 'musty', and felt a bit damp. There's a choice of restaurants, a gym, a spa and a pool which I didn't use.”
