“Had a 2 night stay. Very comfortable hotel. About 2km outside town of El Kharga. Peaceful location. Very comfortable rooms. Within walking distance of Hibis Temple and the necropolis of Al Bagawat. Polite and helpful staff. ”

Bring your ear plugs or noise canceling devices. 80-100 year old windows and doors don’t stop the honking, street noise and train horns & announcements noises all night long.”

“Here is very nice cool hotel. All is possible like air condition, swimming pool, refrigerator?, and so on.. all is amazing and manager is so kind. I can't forget this hotel!!”

“The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

First, I was approached by a hotel staff member outside the hotel who greeted me and insisted on giving me an unsolicited tour, which I found bothersome. To make matters worse, they asked for a tip afterward. I believe this kind of behavior should be addressed through proper staff training. “Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. ”
