Reception team welcomed us into a clean hotel on arrival. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were shown to our room which was good and had a view over the Nile, again it was clean and tidy with lots of room, nice bathroom, some noise from surrounding guests and this would be my only bad comment. The food was of a reasonable quality and choice. overall good value for money, there are better hotels but expect to pay a lot more.
Stayed 3 nights, check-in was ok, room was fine. Safe was locked shut and had flat batteries, but maintenance team sorted it out for us. Breakfast was limited and poor quality. It did have a nice terrace that overlooked the Nile which was lovely.
Had a huge room with a balcony with view over poolside and Nile river. I was out most of the time touring but perfect near some attractions, very reasonably priced. Very helpful and polite staff.
Very well managed hotel. The pool is heated with fantastic views. Prices are reasonable. Great breakfast, good food. Very competent personnel. Super clean hotel. Great service for clothes washing. Great views from balcony.

The hotel is a bit outdated and the bathrooms were so old and hard to operate the faucets.
The view from the balcony was amazing. but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. we were staying in December and the room had no heater. Breakfast was good and rich. I will upgrade to Hilton properties next time

Great location, helpful front desk staff, large rooms. Rooms furniture has a less than pleasant smell...feels a bit shabby. Not a four star hotel. Breakfast poor ...there are varieties but except for the boiled egg, there's no test in any other item. No coffee...at least I couldn't find in the breakfast area. No iron in the room.
I Was On The 5th Floor, Beautiful Nile View And Pool View Room. Stunning Room, Tea/Coffee Fascilities. Comfy Bed, Amazing Power Shower. Wifi Excellent. Great Amenities And Great Location. Room Cleaned Daily. Very Gorgeous Hotel, Lovely Breakfast, With A Variety Of Choice. It Was The Staff That Did It For Me, Extremely Friendly, Kind, Accomodating Nothing Was To Much Trouble, Superb And Outstanding Hotel, I Will Be A Returning Customer. My Birthday Was 13th May, The Hotel Made Me A Beautiful Fruit Cake With A Personalised Chocolate Name Plate On It, Wishing Me A Very Happy Birthday, My Towels Were Made Into Swans And A Flower Bouquet Placed On My Bed, Very Special Outstanding Touch, Offering Excellent Customer Service. I Will Be A Returning Guest. Thank You For An Amazing Stay. See You All In September X.
The location is amazing and the rooms have good views.
The shower was broken, and although it was repaired, it only started running from the faucet partway through, which was a problem.
The breakfast staff's service was poor.
The biggest issue I had with this hotel was their facilities and condition of their amenities.
Firstly the lift was old and one of them could not even close fully. It takes a long time to wait for the lift and it doesn’t even sense properly and closes even with people entering. Next is their hot water which either boils you to death early in the evening when no one else is using, or it runs out later when everyone is using. There is no way to control or regulate it. Finally if you appreciate sleeping in cold air, this is the hotel for you, the air conditioning cannot be set to heat and you have to make do with cold draft coming in. The first time I tried calling the hotel staff and was explained there is not heat setting in the AC. Next time I called to ask for some other ways to keep the room warm was rudely reminding he has told us no heating.
This hotel is in shambles and they just take you money and expect you to figure out how to make do justifiably becoming your problem.
Stay at your own risk.
Todo el personal muy atento, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y muy cerca de los templos de Luxor y Karnak que te puedes ir caminando. El desayuno tipo bufet y si es necesario por tu salida muy temprano te preparan un lunch para llevar
