Lovely little stay, the staff are amazing

This is such a lovely place to stay, it is quite basic but has brilliant spacious rooms. The food is amazing with great service and all the staff can not do enough for you, they are all amazing. So helpful and accommodating. I wish we had longer to stay there. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you

Easy walkable location close to the temple and easy to find transport. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The lift was convenient and the pool looked good. Dated hotel but has what you need for a short stay On the downside it was cold very cold we were offered blankets but we could not put them on the tiled floors. Hot water sometimes, fridge didn't work in our room. Smoking everywhere. Best to avoid the coffee byo.

is a nice hotel and worth its price, the swimming pool was nice and well maintained, we enjoyed the pool almost every day. the one thing I didn't like is a taxi guy that works as a "hotel's taxi, He tries to over charge the hotel guests for his taxi service thinking that you don't know the rates as tourist, but then you ask other taxis and then you know you have been overcharged for the service

You get what you pay for but location was convenient for me and basicly needed a clean bed and a place to shower while sightseeing. I wouldn't count on their idea of what breakfast looks like..a hard boiled egg, various breads, a jelly pack, halva and a cheese sample. I am paying the same price in Cairo and getting a full buffet.i understand the market is different but could put more efford..

Wrong adress! But good overall

For African and Egyptian standards, it's quite good. They provide two sheets, which is something rare in Egypt. You can have dinner there at a low price—although they don’t prepare it themselves, you can arrange a time, and they will buy a meal from a nearby place. We paid 250 EGP per plate, which included rice with meat, chicken, and salad (around $5 today). One very important issue that caused us trouble is that the address listed here and on other websites is incorrect. I ended up in a neighbourhood in the middle of nowhere, where I also met someone else looking for the hotel. It's crucial that they update the address because someone arriving at night could have a really bad experience. I had to ask a local who knew the hotel, as every place I checked was wrong—even the police gave me incorrect directions. I ended up walking all over Luxor for three hours to find the hotel. Luckily, I know my way around and wasn’t afraid, but an average tourist would likely get scared and have a very unpleasant experience. The cleanliness is not the best, but it wasn’t terrible either. There were some stains, and a stored pillow had red lipstick on it, but compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, this one is not bad and offers good value for its price. The water isn’t super hot, just warm, but it’s enough for a shower. The breakfast is average, but the coffee is terrible—definitely don’t order it.

I stayed there as compromise on my previous booking. In general hotels in Luxor are not good I recommend going only with branded hotels. local hotel is just wanting to make money without quality service.

Nice hotel

The hotel was clean the people working there were very friendly. The manager helped us to arrange our hot air balloons experience for my family. Sara and the rest of the stuff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel home. There were a lot of taxis and the area was safe to walk at night.

Most friendly and hospitable staff!

I experienced the HIGHEST level of service I’ve EVER experienced in my life! Staff is absolutely incredibly friendly and hospitable. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy! I truly felt they would do absolutely anything to accommodate any request.

The best hotel the service is amazing, it’s clean and they provide any information need it for tourists.. we booked few tours with mostafa he works in the hotel tours and honestly he is amazing I recommend him 100% . I had my children with me and I needed someone to show us around and feel safe, he is the the one, he took us to the most amazing places to visit and all the ruins..

Expedia should not list this property as a hotel. It was filthy. No hot water, no clean water. Can you imagine, for free breakfast they provide 2 dates, few carrot, cucumber and Tomato pieces. They charge for the coffee as it is not included in the breakfast only 1 cup of tea. I will not suggest anyone to even think of booking this property.

It was a nightmare living in this hotel.

Poor room condition, poor lighting, old beds and beddings. Power cut in the middle of the night. Door lock wasn’t working. Needs massive revamp and modernisation. Has a lot of potentials to improve!
