First of all you did not book a room with a view So we only give you the standard double room With no view Seaview rooms are labeled as deluxe seaview room with a photo of the balcony.did you see it when you booked online?(of course not) You just insist what you want 2nd, you did not requested an upgrade but we offered you an upgrade but you refuse to pay the fee and wants the room to be seen first(room is still occupied by other guests by that time) We waited for you the next day but you did not inform us again if you want to be transferred You refuse to talk to the staff in charge and choose only the person you want to talk to. Which is very unprofessional We dont serve different breakfast without your Permission and we have your name signed on a paper each time you ordered your breakfast to make sure that we give you the right food everyday So please next time take time to READ and understand what you have booked before demanding anything. learn to respect people you meet when you travel around the world because not everyday people will have to please you with everything you want Thank you
