Lime Resort is very professional and customer-focused, with service that goes above and beyond. Every staff member from security, front desk, and concierge to the drivers and restaurant servers was accommodating, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. ​Before our arrival, they proactively informed us that the infinity pool would be closed and offered the option to switch to an affiliated hotel or keep our original booking. I am so glad we chose to stay. Not only is Lime conveniently located near town and Vanilla Beach, but the staff truly made all the difference. ​A few minor issues: the TV didn't work properly, the shower tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor, and the sink area could benefit from a wider shelf for toiletries. Additionally, a broader breakfast selection with more fresh fruit or cheese would be nice (though my family was completely happy with it). ​Overall, we were very satisfied, highly recommend Lime Resort to everyone, and will definitely stay here again if we return to El Nido

Stayed at The Lime for 4 nights and 5 days. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the and space of the room. The bed was extra comfortable and bathroom very spacious. The complimentary breakfast was always a rotating offerings of different Filipino breakfast dishes. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Roof top restaurant and bar staff were very attentive and polite. We didn't have cold water in our shower at first check-in, but maintainence came right away and fixed the shower to hot water. All-in-all a very great experience with the Lime. We will definitely being coming back.

When they change the towel is not complete set sometimes just 2 pieces ,when you order in the bar the drink taste not good ,breakfast it’s fine ,but the view of the hotel is absolutely 100% perfect .just the food not really good ,but there’s some restaurant outside the hotel.

The staff of the resort are all very nice,courteous,ftienfly and they work very hard doing their job from housekeeping waiters and front lobby staff. Our room is very clean,the food in the restaurant is very good we did not even est out,they have a great infinity pool. Will recommend 👌

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Room is ok, staff are very friendly and accomodating. Pool was excellent. Some areas smells really bad. Bathroom with molds. But overall its was ok. If they can just do something with the smell and molds it could have been perfect staycation.
