The area is super safe and a convenient distance from the El Paso International airport. My biggest constructive feedback is that our room had not been cleaned when we came back at the end of the day. We purposefully did not hang the "do not disturb" tags on the doors so that our beds would be made up, but our beds were not made and we didn't receive any more towels in the bathroom (nor were the dirty ones removed). This is the first time that this has happened in any hotel we've stayed in.

The bathroom was dirty. The wall had throw up and mucus. The shower had hair on ceiling and it was clogged.

Good value
The staff made sure I was in a feather-free room since I have severe allergies. We let them know we’d be checking in at 9:30 and things were great. We got into our room and it was clean and modern. The shower was nice. The breakfast didn’t have too many healthy options, but there were apples, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal.

Probably ok place to stay, unless something breaks
The hotel is nice, smells clean and fresh. Staff are friendly, yet not overly helpful when a maintenance issue arose in the middle of the night for us. Hard to blame staff for a material problem, but the under-reaction is the root of my frustration. Our bathroom door was defective and locked us out, discovered during a 4 a.m. bathroom trip. Called front desk, no maintenance and no option to switch rooms, “but you can use the lobby bathroom, maintenance won’t be in til 7 a.m.”. Maintenance didn’t show up, so a team from an adjacent hotel was called, and was able to solve the issue nearly 5 hours after occurrence and not with internal staff. Will NOT stay here again.

This is a very nice property. Our only issue was, our room was next to the elevators, and people were coming and going all night. We had an early flight the following morning, so we did not get any sleep. I like this hotel, but be sure to request a room away from the elevators. I’m not sure why they placed rooms right next to the elevators. But otherwise, a good hotel.
