“It was an apartment-style hotel, so I could wash it, and there was a flamenco bar and Mercado nearby, so it was very comfortable. It was nice to enjoy the sunset of the Atlantic Ocean because it was close to the beach.”

“What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

“Very clean and convenient, had all we needed with a nice decor and convenient indoors parking. I would have liked newer fuller pillows, we had only two fairly flat ones. One thing I pointed out to the management company was the dangers of the faucet in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention you could hurt your eye with it. She was very pleased I brought that up and said she would address the issue. Lovely place and people. ”

“25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

“Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien...
