I can't thank the staff enough, from Mohamed, who cleaned the room, to the dining room attendant, the beach personnel, all the bar staff, and the front desk, who gave complete help in making our time a great experience. I highly recommend staying here.

It was ok for one night. I thought the hotel was a little tired and need of some TLC. The shower was cold, not enough accessible power sockets, TV remote didn't work, the patio doors were very difficult to open. But it was clean and comfortable.

We had a very comfortable two night stay at the Radisson in Port Ghalib- we had opted for the Bed & Breakfast option since we were out diving on one of the days. We ended up paying for the dinner on the second night since it was good value and the buffet had lots of options. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, too, cannot fault it at all. We paid for an really check-in and were able to get into our room at around 5:30am, which was fantastic as it allowed us to catch up on our sleep after travelling through the night. If I was staying here longer, I would go for the full or half board option, eating out in Port Ghalib is expensive ( as is everything else there) and the hotel packages tend to be good value.

I booked this hotel due to the Radisson reputation and sadly did not do enough research. On reflection the 1 and 2 star recent reviews on other sites echoed our experience which had the potential to spoil our holiday. Lucky we visited port ghalib to scuba dive and that was achieved, thankfully with a company not associated with this hotel.

Wonderful stay in a great hotel.

My stay in this hotel was a very pleasant experience. I had booked a junior suite with marina view and it turned out to be a fantastic room, with a large sitting room, large bedroom with a wonderful bed and two beautiful bathrooms. Everything needed was present including a large flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge etc.etc. The spacious balcony offered a beautiful view of the harbor. This room is highly recommended. The beach with a beautiful reef, where you can snorkel and swim, is about 100 meters from the hotel. There are several swimming pools, the largest of which had wonderfully heated water. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was varied and tasty. WiFi perfect. Right next to the hotel are several shops and restaurants. In short, a great hotel for a wonderful holiday.

The so called "beach area" is terribly designed and we didn't use it at all, restaurant is really small, our room had multiple issues. The property is very tired and needs lots of maintance. Internet is extremely slow, forget about doing some work. Too many mosquitos everywhere. It has nothing to do with the usual Radisson level of service and quality. I don't feel this is a 5 star hotel at all and for the money we paid it was a bery bad deal. Currently we're in another hotel (just 50 km away) - price is 2 times cheaper and the overall experience is twice better.

Ottima location,vicina all' aeroporto.Appartamento molto grande e pulito.Spiaggia con bella barriera corallina.Consiglio escursione in gommone per vedere le tartarughe.Personale gentilissimo! Ho avuto un problema con il volo,che è stato spostato alla mattina successiva all' ultimo momento,per cui ho perso 1 notte,ma la direzione,( che ovviamente non aveva alcuna responsabilità),mi ha trasformato il pacchetto che prevedeva solo la prima colazione, offrendomi gratuitamente anche la cena.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, von außen optisch ansprechend und sehr geräumige Zimmer. Leider war’s das auch schon. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ist wirklich unterirdisch. Obwohl noch am Anfang der Saison, war das Personal, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, sehr unmotiviert. Hat man falsch gesessen, wartete man den ganzen Abend auf einen Kellner. Essen war in Ordnung, man konnte immer etwas finden. Das Hotel und auch der ganze Ort ist sehr dominiert von polnischen Gästen und man merkt, dass hier der Fokus liegt. Wir waren zum Tauchen vor Ort, von daher war es für unsere Bedürfnisse i.O. .
