"Very peaceful and calm place with a beautiful pool and lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Really relaxing just to stay here and swim and go to the pool, have a drink and eat the delicious food, or only a half hour walk from town if you fancy a lively time."
"Great location for a weekend trip, less than 5 minutes from the entrance of Kep National Park (where you can go for a nice hike), and a 10 minute walk to the local crab market where there are lots of good seafood restaurants. The hotel is a 10-minute tuk tuk ride to the dock where boats take you to Rabbit Island. The hotel is small, has a bar and serves a simple breakfast but has no restaurant. "J’étais quais seule dans l’établissement en raison de la fin de saison et ai pu jouir de la piscine en exclusivité. Les chambres sont très confortables et grandes. La salle de bain un peu sombre mais pratique. La piscine est géniale. Je regrette un peu le manque de vie dans l’hôtel qui m’a paru très désert ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner un peu simple. "

The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "
"The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. "
