Evening staff was amazing! Day staff not too friendly. Room was clean but could use some deeper cleaning in the bathroom especially around the toilet, (still had urine on bowl and floor and what looked like blood spots inside toilet and under the seat.) Shower was clean but the cover to a razor was left on the “shower shelf” Bathroom definitely needs more attention in detail! Everything else was good! Still going to book again!

The staff was amazing. The young man at the front desk was accommodating and professional. The breakfast was a very basic hotel breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, packaged pastries, juice, bagels, cereal, toast…but it got the job done. My only complaints are that it dumped about a foot of snow and they didn’t have the parking lot plowed. It was pretty dangerous and a few people were stuck. The rooms are also not well insulated for sound and the people above us were incredibly inconsiderate with their noise. With different neighbors or better insulation, we would have had a better experience.
