“Our room is at 2nd floor. The room smell needs improvement; there's a urine smell, but it's unclear if it's coming from the sewer. Air freshener spray helped reduce the odor, but ineffective”

“Easy to find and good access to restaurants.
Helpful & knowledgeable staff - clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Just what I needed after a long day on the road.
The only glitch was the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working - minor problem, but still irritating.
Overall, was pleased with the accommodation and will stay there again.”

“The breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal and juice, not worth leaving the room for it. The room had a paint patch that didn’t match, like it was thrown together, the room smelled like smoke but was listed as non-smoking and their was a piece of flooring that was patched in and wasn’t even with the floor that we kept tripping over”

“Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. A husband and wife walked in and immediately received a room. Unacceptable……..,,,”

“The door on our room would not lock and the door wouldn't stay shut. We were told to just push it really hard to keep it closed then lock the deadbolt. We were moved to another room after asking if we could just have a room with a sofa bed. I wouldn't stay here again.”
