"The only negative was that the elevator was not working. I was given a room near the stairs which made it easier to lug my suitcase. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of my visit."

"We were there for 5 days. They never once came to check and see if we needed anything. It was nice though that they never entered our room that we know of. They barely spoke English and it was a little hard to understand them sometimes but they were very nice"
