“The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Even after talking to the manager, nothing was done to our room unless I told the person at the counter. I even told the staff what we needed on the 2nd day and that wasn't done. Piss poor attitudes and worse work ethic. By far the WORST Holiday inn express I have stayed at.”

“The facilities and grounds are being maintained. Pool was dirty, grass and were not being attended.”

“Rooms: The rooms were decent. The floors in the hall were a little dirty like the carpet was worn down, possibly needing to be replaced. However, the carpets in the room were ok. The room was nice with a fridge, microwave & desk. I did find it weird there wasn’t a safe in the room. Breakfast: It wasn’t a real continental breakfast. The time was cut short and some selections wasn’t great selections you would usually choose from (some sort of egg cheese blanket, small chopped smoked sausages)...

“We loved the history displayed in the hotel. The room was nice and large. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback had nothing to do with the hotel. As my husband was going to our car that morning, 2 guys tried to hustle/scare/intimidate him. Be very aware of the outside surroundings.”

“the place was ok, but the security door on second floor did not work, there where large roaches in my room that i killed, the front desk did not care, when i told him of the roaches he said , yes , they are gettting out of the rain and that is normal , no concern, dont stay here.”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”

“It looks so scary I didn't even go in. I'm retired living on minimal social security, But I gave up $50 not to stay there!”

“Beds very comfortable. All area was clean. Breakfast was not the best. Helpful staff.”

“Would not stay here again. Staff was helpful. Rooms need a lot of attention. Room 1: toilet was left with feces and would not flush and thermostat not working. Room 2: Syringe on the floor, bathroom unclean. In-room phones do not work. Very unpleasant experience. But again, staff was great!”

“Shampoo was almost out, conditioner was out and body soap was almost out. Staff seemed overwhelmed but were nice.”
