"Problems with Expedia app when booking, first time said there was an error so rebooked a 2nd time with no problem. Approximately and hour later the first booking now confirmed and it to charged my credit card. I now have two 140 dollar payments to expedia, I called expedia there answer was they needed to talk to hotel to confirm they would allow one booking refund. Well they could not get in touch with hotel and 3 days later said since they were unable to get confirmation from hotel they could not refund. So if anyone uses Expedia I would recommend you revisit there policy, maybe like me you wont use them for further room booking. Also concerned why hotel never answered there request. "

"Evening hostess was very nice. Gal with the rainbow hair in the morning was the worst. I asked about why the cereal in the room next to the dining wasn’t out and she said they had been out of milk for a week. When we went in to get food, the napkins and most of the food was gone. When I asked about that, she said it was 8:30 and most of the other guests had eaten and checked out! Breakfast was listed from 7:30 tom10:30! After I had gone in for a cup of oatmeal from a bag she came in with some pastries and a few granola bars. There were three fruit bowls there. I asked about fruit and was told that “business had even so bad all of it rotted and she wasn’t getting any more!” After that, she and her boyfriend were hugging it up in the lobby. Other comments: our door to the balcony would not lock. The telephone didn’t work. The ice machine was out of order. Our soap dish was full of dirt and old soap. Ew amenities just set on top of it. The stairs were so steep we had a terrible time climbing them. It is unclear how they received a rating of 8.2. Should have been a 3 at best."

"The people who worked here were very friendly. They were always willing to help answer questions and fill us in on what was going on. If we could give the staff six stars, we would. The rooms have been updated and are quaint. Could use a few more power outlets. The casino area is somewhat dated. "

"Dirty room, no soap to wash hands, only a half used toilet paper, the rug in that room was so old and dirty. Only because we were on the road for most of that day we stood there. Over priced by Expedia.com"
