"My recent stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. I was placed in a room with no heat or air in the middle of winter. I spent the entire first night freezing because I assumed I was doing something wrong. The next morning, the front desk informed me that the room should have been out of order and never assigned to a guest. 2. I was checked out after the first night of my two‑night stay without my permission. They claimed it was a mistake, but because they had already issued a refund for the second night, I was forced to pay for that night again and wait five days for my own money to be returned. That is completely unacceptable. 3. When I arrived after a long trip, the lobby bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even use the restroom before checking in. Despite all of these issues — the freezing room, the billing mistake, the inconvenience, and the hotel’s own admitted errors — I was offered absolutely no compensation. Not even an apology that felt sincere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an underwhelming, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from start to finish. "

"Great stay overall. The hotel gym was very well equipped with a good variety of machines and free weights, which made it easy to keep up with my workouts while traveling. The parking area also felt very safe, and it was easy to get in and out without any hassle. I definitely appreciated the convenience and the attention to guest comfort. Would stay here again."
