"My problem was the short black young lady working the breakfast area. Very rude horrible customer service very very very rude her ass need to be fired str8 up the dude Enoch working the Valet was the nicest person in the whole hotel broken down elevator had to walk up the stairs from the 8th floor to the 15th with luggage tired then a mf."

"The parking situation is ABYSMAL. No carts, no staff, and the TWO nice men out front were overwhelmed and being yelled at with ZERO support from management. The a/c was off in the elevators and hallways; we had no shampoo in our shower; the water was not hot; the constant slamming of the door where the maintenance folks were housed on the 17th floor all night long the first night we were there was absurd; and the front desk staff at check-in were exceptionally rude and dismissive. (Note: the young man at checkout this morning was quite kind and helpful.) I am disappointed in the downfall of this hotel over the past few years. It’s in the middle of one of the best places to be, which is why I suppose it doesn’t matter how disappointing it is because you’re assured business anyway, but it’s a sad space a once beloved resting spot for us has become. I suppose we are a Marriott family now. "

"We are there to visit college. Great location to downtown. Hotel is clean ( smells good too) and front office staffs are friendly. Room is clean and common area on the first floor looks beautiful even thought we didn’t use it. Will definitely stay here again if going back to Atlanta. "

"The parking was great, no issues at all. For those wanting to go to the fox theater, this is the perfect location. My issue with this property? The access key cards for the rooms never worked properly. Literally! After a long day, you want to just go to your room and relax. This was not the case, I had to always go back and forth downstairs to the lobby to get my card reset. 2nd, the rest room were way too small. Literally too small! "
