The only problem was the coffee pot handle broke, causing a mess and breaking the pot. Free parking was provided. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores were convenient. "Fantastic historic building with charm on every floor. Elevator may not be suitable for all but we did fit two people and 2 lg, 2sm pieces of luggage in it. Reception was wonderful in terms of recommendations and can put you in touch with their driver given a day's notice."

The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"
