โWe stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. โFrom the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. โThe Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin.โ
