Had a lovely stay with my husband. Staff were superb. Concierge picked up from our lodge and drove us to the restaurant since it was raining. Had a lovely meal in the Lakeside Grill. Breakfast was fantastic. Stayed in a lake view lodge suite. Very spacious. Some areas looked a little tired and could do with a refresh in the lodge.

We stayed for one night, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. The staff at check in was extremely friendly and also the housekeeping staff were so lovely when we were leaving our room the next morning. The breakfast was fantastic, especially David. Great stay

Everything was great from the moment we arrived, staff took our bags, parked our car, no queue at reception. The whole check in experience was seamless and the hotel and our room was spotless. The staff were simply superb and so welcoming and friendly. The 5 course dinner in the hotel was delicious.
