โIt was very easy to get in and the interior was clean and beautiful. However, I had trouble sleeping in my bed (very little to no airflow in the bedroom) and would suggest bringing a bedside fan if you stay here in the summer. Otherwise our stay turned out great!โ
โSecond time staying at The Robey. Awesome location, clean rooms and the best staff!! When my shirt got rust on it from the iron in my room, I was immediately compensated and cost of replacement shirt provided. Just a cool, comfortable place to stay. Great music playing in the lobby too. Highly recommend. โ

โWe were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.โ

โParking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours."โ
โRoom was dirty, the refrigerator was spilted milk all over it (I swept it), floors clearly haven't been swept. After that I found dirty stains on the sheets and towels. I had called front desk and he changed the room for me. However, the room hard floor was sticky all over. It was very disappointing experience. Don't waste your money this over priced hotel.โ
โThe Sono Hotel was the beat choice in Chicago! The place has a wonderful modern interior that makes the stay pleasant and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but also close to major streets in Chicago. Kim and Tom were very kind hosts! I definitely recommend the hotel to stay in Chicago.โ

โ I wished i had known about the microwave. And the refrigerator was full size! These are great features to know about. I appreciate the fact that they have parking but it was inconvenient to find out their lot was full and I'd have to use a parking garage ($$). That was unexpected and not fun finding out after hours of traveling. I liked the amenities even if it was a take and go breakfast selection. Free bottles of water and coffee were also niceties to appreciate. โ
