"Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Das Zimmer war im grosen ganzen sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der großer Fernseher hatte leider keine Deutschsprachige Sender, aber da wir nur 3 Tage dort waren, war es ok. Im Badezimmer wäre eine bessere Duschabtrennung von Vorteil damit nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht. Lage: In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem direkt beim Einkaufszentrum. "This is not a 4 Star Hotel. Whilst it meets some criteria to get 4 Stars, eg, pool, spa, slippers, the overall hospitality standards were not up to scratch. Welcome guests...reception is never attended full time. Cleanliness of Hotel in lobbys lifts never cleaned during my stay. Rooftop Bar was closed but not mentioned on website. Restaurant does not serve dinner and the breakfasts served were terrible and below standard. Staff whilst they tried their best have not been properly...

"こんにちは。日本人です。私達は10月に3泊しました。最初に思ったのは、場所が良かったことです。私達はSabiha Gokcen国際空港から地下鉄に乗り、Kadıköy駅まで乗り換えなしで到着しました。そこからホテルまでは徒歩で15分くらいでした。ホテルは繁華街にあるので、周辺を散策するのが楽しかったです。美味しそうな飲食店がたくさん存在し、スーパーもあったのでお土産用のお菓子を買うことができました。船着場も近いのですぐ乗ることができて、海を渡っていろんな観光地を訪れました。治安も良いです。ホテルはモダンな雰囲気で、とても清潔でした。部屋の中にコンセントが多いのが良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。私はトルコに来て、チーズとオリーブの組み合わせがとても美味しいことを知りました。そして、ホテルのスタッフ全員が親切でいつも笑顔でした。イスタンブール空港までのシャトルバス乗り場も近いので便利です。自分と同じ日本人で宿泊したい方は、トイレの紙は便器の中に流せないので注意してください。コンセントは変換プラグが必要です。"

"I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended."
