“Muy linda pero el anfitrión nunca respondio”

“The room was immaculate, but the customer service was subpar. Although I was switched from a room that didn’t have a working TV to another one that did, nonetheless, customer service needs to be greatly improved! And the toilet which I used the flush was too weak, so I had to unclog it myself.”

“Justtge communication with Yesenia the manager was terrible. They don’t have anyone for maintenance and we the air conditioner wasn’t working in a 104 degree weather and an 86 year old and an 81 year old and Yesenia said the maintenance guy was out of town. Unacceptable”

“Stayed here many times , same employees . Only thing I can not get used to is no housekeeping and have to pay when you want clean towels ( 5 US dollars ). But everything is great , just overlook the loud traffic ”
