“Property was clean but the check in process was terrible. The email sent to me with the the door code won’t open so I had to stay outside in the summer heat and contact Expedia support so they can contact the owner for the door code. When I got the code I still didn’t know what floor or room to go to. Good thing a cleaning lady was inside but she didn’t know anything so she had to call the owner again which took another 10 minutes. Also, don’t rent this property in the summer without air...

“Room condition was good. It was the best thing I can say. Spacious and nice for family. Right next door to lellu bookstore. Next hotel was near the river and it felt very central. It was raining like mad in Portugal so it was really hard when we arrived and had to carry two very large luggages up the stairs till 3rd floor. Citi tax should be paid in cash due to late check out didn’t have the directions in the room, and when tried to pay the hotel didn’t have change. Asked me to go get my...

“The unit was nice enough but we were given a half roll of TP and just two bath towels for the duration of our stay. There was very little in the way of kitchen amenities and no functional coffee maker. We had to clean the hair dryer in order to get sufficient through put of air. There were maybe three hangers in the closet for our clothes. This being said it was very close to various points of interest in the immediate area.”

“Catia & Lamartine were exceptional receptionist! Very kind & helpful. Vivian was an AMAZING housekeeper! Very proficient and sweet. The property was very safe & in an excellent location. Close to several restaurants & grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I will definitely return.”
