"The room is actually not bad for the price. We were visiting from Saturday - Monday. Small motel that’s being renovated right off the highway, 7 minutes from the airport. Very convenient area, everything you need is close. The manager and staff made sure we received a pleasant experience. Very helpful, accommodating & professional. It was one guy that was a little grumpy but he probably was having a bad day and those are allowed lol!! Clean room, fresh towels, clean bedding, AC nice and cold with a fan for circulation. The microwave and refrigerator was a plus. The housekeeper was efficient and polite. Early check-in and late check-outs are possible. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to lodge for a few days. Don’t expect the HILTON but do expect for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay!"

"Pictures can be deceiving! There was a little tiny bugs growing all over the floor closer to the window. Our room was 1234. I brought Clorox Lysol wipes and wipe down everything twice that could be touched. My boyfriend, I went out to get rain and sprayed around the bed and everything. We were in town for the Keith leaf festival. There was a lady at the front desk. I ordered Caucasian lady and she was wonderful! She was joking with us, laughing with us and even the next day acknowledge us in the hallway so she was a pleasant. "

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Doubletree! We had someone walk into our room at 2:45 am… they gave our room away!!! The bathroom sink leaked all night long and the place wasn’t all that clean… when we tried to talk with the morning staff about this they were RUDE! Never again!!!"

"The lady that checked me in was nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. The rest of the staff had very unwelcoming attitudes. The room had a strong mildew smell, and the building itself felt very outdated. Only one elevator was working, and it took forever to get anywhere. The next morning around 9:30 a.m., while I was still sleeping, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and then let herself in before I could answer. I told her we didn’t need anything and that we were not checking out until Monday morning. Despite that, she knocked and opened the door two more times afterward, which was very frustrating and invasive. I also witnessed one of the front desk attendants being rude to another customer. To make matters worse, there was a roach crawling across the door in the room. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again."
