We stayed two nights at the Days Inn London Wyndham M11. The highlight of our stay was definitely the receptionist Alex โ she was extremely kind, let us check in early, and gave us great tips about London. Her hospitality truly made a difference.
The hotelโs location is relatively close to Stansted Airport, which is convenient. However, getting to and from the hotel by public transport wasnโt always easy. On multiple occasions, we had to wait up to 40 minutes for a bus, which was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with a child.
The room itself had some downsides: the hallway smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom wasnโt properly cleaned, with hair left behind from previous guests. These details affected the overall comfort of our stay.
In summary, we truly appreciated Alexโs excellent service, but the hotel could improve in cleanliness and transportation accessibility.
