“We hadden een standaard kamer aan de polderkant (kamer 8). Boven onze kamer zat een airco/verwarmingsunit die gedurende de nacht veel lawaai maakte. Alsof een hele grote wasmachine hard stond te centrifugeren. Mijn vrouw heeft hierdoor heel slecht geslapen. Voor ons een reden om hier niet meer te boeken. Kamer is niet groot maar netjes en schoon. “Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable once i got the heater going. Floor was cold, might want to bring your own house slippers. Bathroom lighting was not bright, for the makeup girlies. They did not have conditioner or lotion. They had shampoo and body wash. Bath water was very hot, tub was super comfy. ”

“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“Overall really nice place, well located next to the cathedral and square. Room was perfect for what i needed, bathroom and shower lovely and the virtual receptionist was very cool”

“Hotel très bien pour passer une nuit, la chambre était grande avec frigo, café et thé, grand parking gratuit. En arrivant le chauffage n'avait pas été allumé, il fait aussi office d'airco et il a fallu une vingtaine de minutes pour réchauffer la chambre, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ni de sèche cheveux.”
