“I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. They also have a kayaks, snorkel gear and beach floats to use for free. The food at the onsite restaurant is delicious. We stayed for 5 days and had an amazingly relaxing experience!!
