“My room wasn’t cleaned daily, Monday my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom was wasn’t cleaned at all. I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm”

“I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

“The view from our room was exceptional. Staff and owner Paul of New Deep Dive restaurant/bar are wonderful helpful fun people which is on site. New Deep Dive has great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with entertainment. I recommend this establishment and will be going back.”

“Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).”

“We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time.
