While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. “I would have given the hotel a five star rating except for one night when the people next door to us in room 202 played music from midnight to 5 am. I tried knocking and then I texted the front desk several times and got no response either way. I told the front desk the next morning but they weren't very responsive to my ordeal. It is what it is.
