“We stayed in coral room which is in a courtyard very safe with digital locks for room and courtyard at night! Turquoise blue shallow water right across the street for snorkeling/swimming. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!”

“When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. “Right as you enter you will see a bunch of pamphlets on the wall with places to go to do activities, shopping, restaurants and more. ALL staff is very friendly, will give tourist recommendations where to go and right at the front entrance. Peggy at the bar introduced us to Tina who does tours ( J&T Adventures) I would recommend going with her as a first timer, when out and about remember cash is king, some places don’t take card.
