“It was a great experience, very attentive staff, smiling and helping the customer at all times. I had originally booked a mountain view king size room and was kindly offered the ocean view room. Front desk asking after you check in if everything is fine with the room and also checking on the night before check out. Special thanks to David and Vicki from front desk.”

“Point Pleasant Resort has some of the most beautiful views on St. Thomas. Gated community with a friendly staff eager to meet your needs. Restaurant serves delicious food and beverages and located on the water. Short taxi ride to St. John ferry. Some rooms have beautiful sea and island views. L4 was clean and comfortable but without the views of other units, but the affordable price is a trade off. I will return to Point Pleasant on my next trip to St. Thomas. ”

“Great location and amazing staff! The maintenance and ground keepers were always friendly and positive. The magnificent cleaning lady always had a smile and was very thorough and detail oriented in all aspects of her tasks. The security folks were focused on their duties and still were compassionate and friendly to all guests. I would highly recommend staying here and getting to know these wonderful people while you enjoy your stay! ”
