“Our family of 4 spent 4 nights at Alma per a friends recommendation and it absolutely did not disappoint. Everything was very calm and relaxing, staff were friendly and helpful in keeping our room clean as well as providing options for excursions, and the property was beautiful. “We stayed at this hotel in Jacó and had a wonderful experience. Pablo is amazing—an excellent communicator who truly makes you feel like the place, the city, and even the air around you are yours. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, and every place we tried was excellent. Pablo was genuinely one of the best people we met on our trip. “Rooms and grounds were spotless. I booked five rooms for my family. Everyone loved it. The staff was amazing. There was not any complaints from any of us. Food was excellent. Location close to main shopping and dining strip. ”

“The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. “Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely breathtaking! Sitting under the covered patio during the afternoon showers was so relaxing. We saw over 40 species of birds on the property. The property is situated so you can see all the macaws flying over the water to roost each night. We absolutely loved this spot!”
