Excellent

We love our stay, the apartment was just like the pictures and the breakfast was very good!!

It was a great trip!

This is such a boutique, unique hotel alternative that I wish they had these in every major city in every country in the world. The staff could not have been nicer more accommodating, and the property was so high end. I would stay at this property again before I would a Ritz Carlton.

Wonderful property . Great staff . Comfortable beds . Would have loved to stay longer .

Lovely decor! Our room had original Portuguese tiles and even some exposed walls from the original construction. The bistro table in the kitchen was appointed with fresh fruit, bottle of wine and bottled water. The fridge was stocked with eggs, yogurt and more fruit. There was also an espresso machine. A generous number of coffee pods. There was a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. I could go on and on. And as if it could get any better, they deliver fresh bread and pastry every morning...

Spacious apt with 1 bedroom and large living area, kitchenette with all new appliances and 4 sets dishes and utensils and glasses, coffee cups, and wine glasses. Just one block in off of avenidas. Very good location for restaurants and walks to to attractions. Small elevator. V close to avenida metro stop. Super clean. Will come back.

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon. Everything about the place is right, from the conditions of the property to the attitude and charm of the owner, manager. I would love to stay there again during our next visit.

Centrally located in downtown near everything. Excellent front desk service by Sarah.

I recommend to stay here, good location, near to restaurants, shops, and place of interests. Service impecable. The size of the apartment was perfect, clean, and modern.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME THAT I HAD TO. My husband and I visited Portugal for a short vacation and this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. They were even able to get us last minute reservations to one of Lisbon's best 2 Michelin star rated restaurants! I'm always a little nervous about boutique hotels but this place was fantastic, everything from the bed to the closets were a...

Great property. Very cute and got to use the amenities of the neighboring property.

Our stay with You and the Sea was fantastic. The staff (especially Rodrigo) was super friendly, professional, helpful, accommodating and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facility offers everything a family need to have a relaxing and carefree vacation. The apartment was VERY spacious and offers all the amenities one needs to feel at home. The view on the balcony was phenomenal to watch the sunset every evening. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Location is...

We were so nervous about this place that we initially booked just one night. The second we saw our apartment we booked the rest of our stay, and by the time we left, we booked a future stay. You won’t be wowed by the outside. But once you get inside… for us, it was the friendly staff, the impressive and beautiful common room, and our spacious and well-equipped apartment. Add an unbeatably central location, and I don’t know why we’d ever willingly stay anywhere else in Lisbon.

I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well

The views out the windows were beautiful. The castle, the theater, the convent, the elevator attraction, the view of water down the street. A sunny apartment with all of the comforts away from home. The interior was brand new, colorful and well decorated. It was very comfortable, quiet even though the entrance was on a crowded tourist street. The manager, Rahema and her staff in the hotel as well as restaurant and house keepers were so professional and personable. Everyone adhered to safety...
